r	rohith suresh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The games are fun but the washrooms are not super clean, and muddy inside too. The price is a bit expensive I would say. We took the basic package and still think it was a little pricy. Staff were friendly but could probably be more involved when the game is going on! Also coincidentally vending machine was also not working. I believe they gave us less paintballs than what we were supposed to get.
M	Marcus Xiriha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I mean the field is fun and there are a select few staff that are amazing But apart from that the paintball prices are insanely high, like $50 for 1 bag of 500… or you can get the 2k box for 100$ either way it’s really expensive and you can’t bring outside paint so it gets too expensive to go there anymore and their prices went up 2 times already. Last time I counted a total of 3 or 4 people NOT cheating during an open game. No one did anything really. One guy was crossing half way point when he wasn’t supposed to and just absolutely gunning down little kids with his $2000 speedball gun. The difference between an owner and a rental is about $5 which is so little I end up paying more with owner than rental as I shoot more. I don’t want to go back anymore.

We didn't get a party room until our games were done. This meant 1 person could not play and had to watch coats and phones and gifts in a public space. I guess they are booking back to back now to recoup revenue. But the bigger disappointment was the lack of a structured game. On our previous visit, the kids played "Capture the Flag" so there was a reason to move forward. This time around, they just hid behind stuff and shot at each other. Not fun at all. Not sure what the business case would be to not offer a game. On the plus side, staff were friendly.

Seems like this has been going on for a while so it's likely just a cash grab for their ATM machines which they instruct you to use (and charges an additional fee) Customer service was terrible. Staff were rude, unfriendly and uninterested. Didn't go over safety rules until we were actually in the facility. Once inside the actual venue, people are running around shooting before games even begin, they do a poor job enforcing any rules. Really bad value for money. We were only permitted 3 games that ran for about 5 minutes or less EACH. You'll find a better deal and much better customer experience going with someone else.
A	Alex Jemetz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a birthday party for my 14 year-old son and a small group of friends. Facility was decent and service fairly attentive... But, was it worth the cost? No. $369 for two hours BUT over the course of the two hours there are only two 15 minute private games. After that the kids can play publicly. Kids had fun because they are easy to please but even they thought it was not worth the cost.
H	Honest Reviewer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place. Rates on long weekend were amazing too. Staff is super helpful and nice. A couple of times the kids dropped the balls and they replaced them for free....highly recommended....nice you you paid your self with layers so you are not hurt....
d	da Pat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was my first visit to a paintball facility so I really don't have a comparison. Was for a kids birthday party. Range was decent, plenty of hideouts and vantage points - looked pretty much like a Fortnight layout - old cars, sheds, and so on. They provide protective face and clothing coveralls but the rest of the body is up to you to protect. Being new, i would have wished there were additional armour options. 2 private group sessions and 1 open game. Kids all had a great time, no injuries so win win....
