The support team got back to me the next morning and sorted everything out and shipped my order the same day. Everything arrived quickly and nothing was missed. Only drawback is I wish the free shipping "threshold" was maybe 100$ instead of 150$. But it's still better then other places like Toronto Airsoft (300$).

Claims to have so much knowledge of paintball but when asked questions, doesn’t seem to know much but won’t admit he doesn’t know. Have spent over $4,000 there in the past 4 months with my boyfriend and he doesn’t even remember us coming there. Was told something was discontinued so I spent extra money of something I didn’t really want, they restocked it the next week. Had to show him something was on his website, after he told us multiple times they didn’t carry it and couldn’t get it in.

Bought online for my son before Xmas, really fast shipping, great pricing. D	Daniel Vieira on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reply: That is ok as I got my tank filled at another “reputable” badlands location, my tank as per yesterday at your location has air in the tank & you can clearly see my tank is safe. If you knew how a hydro test was performed you would know my “mint” condition tank was clearly “safe” and not leaking. Also Canada is only country with 5 year hydro every other country is 7. Safety was not issue, you following instructions to a perfect T was the problem instead of common sense or a lack their of. I will continue with my one star rating of this location clearly due to “you” - FYI good customer service goes a long way as the other location was nice enough to provide me with a location to get my tank re hydro tested instead of saying no and letting me walk out. Great customer service bud!!

Chris has some of the best customer service I have ever come across, and he knows what he is talking about. Chris, you are awesome man. I also dealt with Chris during my first visit and he made me feel completely comfortable, and was able to answer literally every question I had. Bad Lands, Chris deserves a raise! Thank once again and I look forward to my next visit.

Feels awesome to hold. I love how the flip sights are sturdy when deployed. The rails give me do many options for accessories. I was concerned when shipping was slightly delayed, although it is Christmas season. Customer service got back to me quickly. I'm confident my entry into this sport will be the experience of a lifetime. And knowing I have a solid supplier I can trust makes that even better. I bought most everything I need to play around, and I know they have the next level gear to improve my passion of shooting.
