So.... we booked this service to take my husband and I from his office to downtown Toronto to a game, and pick us up afterwards. We live 75 min away from downtown. The ride down was ok, we also had them pick up our daughters to bring them downtown as well - that driver overcharged my kids and also was a horrible driver (pulled a u turn in oncoming traffic during rush hour!) All this would have been acceptable - not great but acceptable - until halfway through the 3rd period of the hockey game we got a call saying they weren't going to be able to pick us up, and we should call an Uber! Seriously? Apparently a car broke down. Ok, that happens, but then find another driver - you surely must have more than one car???? Not even the offer of we will still come get you but may be late. Nope, you're stuck downtown, figure it out yourself. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

At 6:15, no contact and fortunately local Beck Taxi bailed us out. Never use this serice again. Very untrustworthy and obviously company doesn't care about its customers. For reliability, call someone other service!

B	Bob Bloomfield on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got stood up at Waterloo airport. Had confirmation on reservation via email and nobody there. Called and all I got was an apology. Thanks to a taxi outside but $70 more. I would not recommend this company.

Booked return pickup a week in advance. Family is tired upon landing. The arranged transportation desk had no booking for them. Called them and they said oops... be there in 10. 10 minutes later they called back and said: sorry we won't make it... JUST TAKE A TAXI! NO BIG DEAL! Avoid these rude unprofessional people. At this rate, you won't have to since they probably won't stay in business for long.
D	Dan Batko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After reading the reviews, I was a bit worried. After using this service to and from Pearson Airport for my whole family, I have nothing g but great things to say. The drivers showed up early, in very clean and new high end SUV. Very polite, helpful and understanding. When arriving back in Canada, we were delayed for 2 hours, the driver stayed close by and waited for us. Got to our gate within minutes, loaded up all our luggage and away we went. Both to and from, the drivers were safe and courteous and got us where we needed to be quickly. I will be using airfleet as my main mode of transportation to and from the airport from now on. Fantastic experience.
