★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst shopping experience ever. Never trust them anymore and shop from them. I received a defective scooter, and they didn't accept it. You must pay for the return label and "then after receiving the scooter they will inform you how much you will be refunded and if it is eligible for a refund! Even in the 14 days!! This is the answer for the defective scoter:
“Depending on the decision we will made after inspecting the scooter, we will either refund you, repair it, or ask you to pay for shipping it back to you, in case it is not a regular warranty or claim case.
I spent 3 days emailing back and forth and took pictures and video to make them see the error but still insisting that it is not faulty. The handle of the scooter stock and is loose, but they believe it is not faulty. Don’t shop here. Such poor customer service experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service online and communications but they ship from Denmark so any returns etc have to go the long route back which takes time and is a hassle shipping to and from the EU. Not even sure they are a Canadian company? Have a storefront but given what they sell online.......Anyway, Skiis came, we had to send something back, it happened, slowly because of the above. Thought i was putting my $$ into Canadian biz but I am not sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not buy from this company! Canadian website that you would expect would ship from Canada. Shipping is from Denmark and my order is extremely late and no one can tell me when it will be here.
Additionally I spent the time to go through their website and order everything for a complete skateboard. After I completed my order I noticed if you click the build the skateboard button instead of doing it one item at a time I would have received a free tool, shirt and stickers. I emailed them about this and they said they would not honour the free products even though I bought a full setup. I even offered to buy a helmet.
Do not buy, worst experience!
