Had my appointment with Ariel, she was great, on time, and very friendly. She knew exactly what type of hair style I had and was looking for. My hair had been growing very long over the lockdown. Even I forgot how my hairstyle looked like. Came out looking like a different guy. I had such an amazing experience myself, I ended up taking my son (Year and half) for his first hair cut a few hours later. Other places in Orangeville, told us we had to put a mask on him in order for them to serve us. I mean he's only a year and a half, it's very difficult even wiping his face with a tissue. Honestly, Thank you Ariel we'll surely be back.

I have gone to this barber shop a few times before and never had a problem, but this is the last time that I will ever give them 50 dollars for a haircut. Lucci was the barber I had for my haircut, and just like another reviewer said, she was late. The haircut was going fine, although it was not what I asked for, and then all of a sudden she shaved my eyebrows with the clippers. She did so without my consent or permission. I may be crazy, but to me, eyebrows are not something you should shave during a haircut. Eyebrows do not grow back fast, and it is not the same as getting your hair trimmed. No, they were not shaved completely bald, but they look awful and they are distinctly thinner and less prominent now. I did not want to cause a scene in front of the other customers, because it was only her fault and not the establishment. But, I tried emailing that night....no response. Tried calling a few days later and left a message.....no response. Tried calling again and left another message 10 o'clock sharp...no response. I did not want to sully the image of an entire business because of one persons actions, but now this is a reflection of how they operate there business as a whole. They can say they didn't get my email, but to say you didn't receive two separate phone calls, and messages...something is sketchy. Stay away from Lucci, and this business as a whole. Terrible customer service. Like another review they responded to, let's see if they rudely respond to this one as well.

The staff kind and generous, and make everyone that goes there a family vibe to enjoy, as for the cuts I had the pleasure dealing with Lucci who does my braids and to say the least no body else but Lucci will be doing my fade and braid ups.... Big thanks to AJ keep doing your thing your doing it right

Lucci (who was the female stylist I stayed with) was quick professional and very creative, from what I saw she can do it all... cuts, braids, color, extensions etc. She took the time to ask questions on what and how. Great experience! Had the pleasure of meeting the owner AJ. Very knowledgeable and welcoming. They had clients of all ages and ethnicities. Overall definitely a place to go to. Highly recommend! Great energy! Good people! Love the concept and what they're doing to the place. It is very hard finding stylists who see or understand your vision. EXTREME BONUS!! I DONT HAVE TO DRIVE INTO THE CITY!! I found my spot! Greatful they took me on looking forward to looking future fresh!

After reading reviews, and also seeing they sell cigars, I decided to give this place a shot (mostly because I wanted to see if they actually sold cigars). I went online to book an appointment on Tuesday hoping I could get an appointment for the weekend. Luckily there was an appointment available with Ariel on the Saturday. And I can say this, I think I found my new regular. She had a great attitude, and did a fantastic job. I was surprised how quick it was. Will gladly be returning for future hair cuts.

I was looking for a Barber with a more personal feel and not one of the large franchises that try to get you in and out as fast as possible. AJ made great conversation, and delivered a fantastic hair cut. I'll definitely be back... probably going to pick up some cigars, and a Bourbon recommendation too!
