They successfully did everything in their power to ensure that they didn’t have to follow through on my claim after my home was flooded and I was displaced. I would rate zero stars if that was an option. No compassion or empathy towards people in dire situations, even after they pay into a policy for 4 years. Extremely disappointing.

Things have taken a lot longer to take care of than I had hoped but this has been due to circumstances beyond our control. I've been thankful for her patience and sense of humour. Nicole's tough I'll give you that, but she's straight up and lets you know what's the best and easiest way to get things done and it's sure worked out for us so far.

I do not remember the name of my 'tester' but he was very professional. He made me run my bike all over the places; I did get the sense of being tested on certain stretches multiple times. I realized that he was must have found a few problems with my driving but gave me another try to go through those passes repeatedly. He summed up telling me what I was doing - 'Not Right'. Thank you mister! I will be better prepared next time. You are such a Warm 'n' Cozy person. I was very comfortable. I wish to have you again when I come again for the test. Thank You!
