Sgambaro's Signature Seafoods specializes in fine gourmet salmon products. Our unique product line includes Atlantic Cold Smoked Salmon (lox), Gravlax , Salmon Sausage, Salmon burgers, Salmon Pate, Salmon Jerky and our very own delicious three mustard dill sauce.
All of our products are made in our state-of-the-art facility in Edmonton, Alberta and shipped to fine retailers, restaurants and hotels across the province of Alberta. Our products are proudly retailed at select Sunterra Market locations, as well as all of the Italian Centre shops’. You can also find us at St Albert farmers markets during the summer months. We have bough PLENTY to try and sample, and nothing was comparable 'til last week I stumbled across your brand at The Italian Centre in Edmonton. MY GOSH!!! My whole family is in Heaven. Thank you, Thank you, THANK YOU. It was fresh, not frozen and tastes like what smoked salmon SHOULD taste like. We are all hooked now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today they had a table set up at the Italian Centre in south Edmonton. I bought some of their fresh, cold smoked salmon. Unbelievable good!! The last time I had smoked salmon this good was on the coast of British Columbia. And this might be even better. Almost melts in your mouth! I'll be ordering some in the near future for sure! Absolutely loved it.

You can smell this guy from down the street. He smokes it and cures it himself.
Small store. Hard to find and no storefront but thats a good thing. Quality product should be harder to find, because the people that appreciate it, will look for it. Its what i did and now i come here.
