Jose explained the details of his estimate very clearly, took the time to stop by the house and check out the roof, and had a very competitive price, and warranty clause. The team who came to our home were efficient, and the job was done so quickly. An extra shout out to the crew, especially Eddie for not only being friendly and pleasant, but for actually leaving our property cleaner than it was when they came. Our driveway was a mess with some yard waste I was in the middle of cleaning up over the weekend, and when they cleaned up the job site they swept it all up for me. It was a nice bonus, on a job well done. Our roof looks great, and we are more than satisfied. 100% would recommend.

I was needing replacement of a roof and complete eavestroughing on a mobile home I own just outside Spruce Grove, Alberta. From the very beginning my requests were handled professionally. I was never given excuses or opinions. Honest and candid advise to create a secure and dry home is what I wanted and that is what I got. Strong family values to compliment the strong work ethic this family provides. The job was completed fast and professionally. These folks are true to their word. The quote I received was very good value for the job done and the final invoice did not exceed the quote. After the job was complete the site was cleaned up so well I could not tell that it was a construction area just days before. Well done folks! I highly recommend Top to Bottom Construction to anyone seeking quality, value and professionalism from a service company that is family to its core. I support local and so can anyone else with Top to Bottom Construction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the day I made the decision to go with Top To Bottom Construction for my roof replacement I went to visit my mother who lives in a seniors complex in Leduc. When I drove up there were workers replacing the shingles and a lawn sign for Top To Bottom. This just reinforced that I made the right decision. Moving forward my shingles were delivered and roofing commenced in 30 degree Celsius weather. That was brutal. I was so impressed with the work ethic of the young men that did my roof. I highly recommend Top To Bottom Construction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The roof re-shingling at my mothers home came together much the way it was discussed between my self and Jose. He had submitted a very competitive bid and addressed any questions and clarifications promptly. The front office were able to gather the materials for the job in an expedited manner as the cold weather was approaching. They moved in quickly and stripped the old shingles, carefully exposing the wood roof which was inspected for any rot and was found acceptable. Eddy the jobs lead hand took pictures and sent them to me as I was away. He made himself available to my brother to answer questions regarding the contracted scope of work. And even added an additional Goose neck vent that we think we may need in the future for NC. The move out went quite smoothly ( a few too many nails left lying around the bin when it was removed). Closing out the contract required a couple visits by Jose to take pictures assuring me that all the scope of work was done. I have no problem recommending T to B for you roofing projects. A fair price for good honest work.

The man that came out to talk to me and discuss options with me was very nice and knowledgeable. I got a great quality roof for a very reasonable price. I was extremely happy with the service I recevied.
