However, what’s unsettling is that I tried to call the phone number listed in google, no one picked up. I tried calling the 1 855 number on their homepage, the automated message said “your call can not be completed as dialed.” Now, where is my parcel..?
C	Christine Tang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FINAL UPDATE: SF Express is unreliable and has horrible communication skills. Do not use - they lied in China about delivering directly in Canada, when in reality, any China to Canada deliveries are done via UPS. We used their services because back in April 2020, Canada had zero masks and my cousin in China sent a few using their services - they lied about having a special courier in the GTA who drops things off. I literally waited in front of my door for hours each day, in the end, it turns out they outsource the delivery to UPS in Canada, who ended up RETURNING the masks because I didn't pay import fees. I paid them late because SF Express never gave us proper instructions on where to go to pay it. So not only did my cousin pay money to send this, my family and I had to pay DOUBLE via the imports fees. _____ I paid import fees to UPS, and the package is still being sent back to China for no reason, no contact, no help. Thank you SF Express, for taking advantage of people during COVID-19. ALSO- stop blaming us for “not hearing the door bell”. We tracked the package thru UPS and we know damn well the driver(s) never came to our house. I had a delivery from China and they "claimed" to have delivered to my house, but I wasn't "home" - I was there. Next thing I know, I am chasing them for 4 days for my package, to find out that THEY USE UPS and are making me pay for import fees (which they promised to pay, and lied about)
