β β β β β I was fortunate to connect with a very supportive and patient representative who helped guide me, online, over the phone with a service the other day. Her name was Danielle. The process took a bit of extra time and we had to repeat steps due to my error but with her patients and kindness she helped me through it. I feel I have to express my thanks like this because I can't even tell you how may times front line representatives get frustrated and rude so easily! When dealing with rude rep's this only makes me nervous and more flustered. Thanks again to Danielle. It was a pleasure dealing with you!

β β β β β I run an ecommerce business and started using ICS through a Shopify App called ClickShip. I was skeptical at first because of the reviews and the outdated website. However, the price is competitive and have not had any problems thus far. My driver, Paul, that comes to pick up my packages everyday is great!
My only current feedback at the moment is to improve and update their website. It is not user friendly for my customers compared to other shipping couriers.
UPDATE: ICS updated their website and now it is user friendly!! Very happy about that

β β β β β Where is my package? Supposed to have arrived on Nov 30. When Dec 4 came, we find a missed delivery attempt note on the front door, very frustrating since the whole family WAS HOME! Everyone is working or having school from home these days, and they didn't even bother ringing the bell!!! Now customer service is saying maybe next week!!! That's 3 WEEKS BEHIND SCHEDULE! HORRIBLE service and very unprofessional!

β β β β β 2 separate orders were shipped via ICS These guys are beyond awful. The delivery tracking is useless and inaccurate. Too many errors and defaults to list. The worst one is that their tracking system states that I signed for both deliveries, which I didn't.

I recently started ordering coffee from a different roaster and this is the 2nd time in a row that Iβve received an updated status saying my parcel has been delivered and yet itβs not there at my door. The first time I thought it was an accident but itβs clearly a common occurrence. The parcel did show up a day later the first time. So far 2 days and itβs still not delivered for this second one. Calling the company is an absolute joke as no one answers and they took 3 days to respond to my email inquiry about my parcel.

β β β β β I had ordered something 400+ km away and they did an incredibly fast job at safely bringing it to my home. The lady who delivered it knocked at the door loud so I could hear. She did an awesome job and the company as well. Great job guys. Happy New Year!
