His customer service his awesome always giving me the best advice on my Dodge Ram truck. As you can see I followed him just to make sure my truck is in good hands. He’s always on top of things when you ask him. God bless you George. My truck is always in good hands and get the perfect service at all times.i am always happy with my service.thank you George.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my car taken in for a repair by Serpa Collision Center. I got help from George in the body shop. He said my car will be done in 2 days and it was done as he said. It turned out more better than I expected. I was more than happy with the turn out. So thanks a lot to George and Serpa Collision Center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My insurance sent me to this body shop with my Lexus SUV, It was a bumper and fender damage, they over-billed, but insurance picked it up my problem is they could not assemble the car back correctly, and it ended up squeaking, I took it back, after a lot of back and forth and intervention they looked at it again, but the problem did not resolve. I took it to the dealership they told me it was poor workmanship they were not able to fix it. After going between the insurance and them several times, I gave up, and my car still squeaks. Not only that, but my car also got in a minor scratch and the bumper paint peeled off, I took it to another body shop they said the paint done my this place job was really bad at they did not put any foundation. Within a year the paint started blistering and peeling off from everywhere, when I went said because my car got into the scratch, they will not provide any warranty. However, they had no answer for why they did not put a primer underneath the bumper, and they wanted me to pay 1700 additional to pay. I felt I got ripped off; you can win any arguments with them; I would always avoid them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Make sense that when your car breaks down, you want to fix it as soon as possible. However, I trust Serpa Collision Center I sent my car to them to fix it, then I have not got my car back yet since last Christmas. At first, they said 1 month to get my car repair to be done, but after a month and a half I called them and they said a part is not arrived yet and it expected to come in the following week. Then now after 3 months, I call them every week to check and they are keeping saying " at least 2 more weeks". Endless waiting for their work to get done.

I was very pleased with the quality of the work done on my vehicle. Thank you John for all of the effort you made, dealing directly with the insurance company and making this a satisfactory experience.
