First time the owner couldn't even answer a simple question about what needle to use on my Kenmore sewing machine. I had the manual with me.
Second time, she just told me the store was CLOSED although she was obviously with some ladies, and the store sign was ON. She DIDN'T even ask me what she could help me with. I just stood there stunt, and slowly walked to the exit.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
My guess is, I had to be one of her cohorts.
I DEFINITELY DON'T RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISMENT!!!!

Today when my singer decided it did not want to sew and I was in a rush to repair a pair of pants I pulled out my Bernina that has not been serviced since it was serviced 20 years ago when i got it worked like a charm it sewed perfectly I highly recommend them for what they specialize in.
