★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People there were extremely helpful and very personable! They took the time to answer my questions about renting the longarm. They even let my friends and I do a test run. I wasn't rushed and was able to wander the store to my hearts content. Great place! I will be back to do business!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was in town passing through on vacation. I do not quilt right now but thought they may have cross stitch supplies. No one greeted me at all, I was looking around like I was lost and was looking for something. There were 6 or so ladies at the tables in the back sewing and quilting, still no one say anything to me. How do they know that I was not in to purchase a large quantity of items. I was the only customer in the store. I was hoping they would have aida by the foot as I need a large peice. Not sure if they only help the locals. Talked to another owner of a business and they said the same thing. This happens other times. Advice would be if you want to make more profit , at least let the person know if they need help to ask, or at least ask if we need help.
