★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a really cool place to visit and take the family. They have a few park areas near by for family picnics etc. Fishing is decent. Although recently it has been getting busier so get there early if you plan of having a picnic. Always be very cautious around the dam and water.

No bugs in the season now (October)
Nice to get out and get some fresh air and a beatiful view of the Dam and the waters entering into the Dam.
Always a favourite stop over when we are exploring that part of Manitoba.

Good for picnic and outdoor activities site for family and friends. Around one and half hours drive from Winnipeg.
Nice place to visit on weekend to enjoy with your love ones.
