★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, excellent staff from the front line tellers to the branch manager. Always looking for a way to help. I had an issue with my debt card that was out of the branches control but they still owned the problem, apologies and provided me with a Tims gift card.

The staff is extremely kind and caring, especially my financial advisor Karan who has gone above and beyond for me numerous times. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am moving all my accounts from RBC ( because of their policy regarding Rebel news) ( don't think banks should be politically biased). Went to Servus Bridlewood, the staff were excellent! Stephanie and Leah ( hope that's right spelling) were so very nice at helping me get new accounts opened and helping with information I'll need. So far it has been a great experience! Glad I made the decision to move.
