★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys keep things moving very well, always fast here, and always helpful when you smile. Thanks guys and gals! With the new rules you have to line up outside, if you have a disability they will take you right in. For me it was about a 15 minute wait, not bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to get my Photo ID card, and the wait times, as to be expected from the Governmenot industry of security theatre to make Caucasian people feel safe, were horrendous. While the staff were helpful, the system was convoluted and contemporaneous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked through the door on Tuesday Nov. 17th at 4:45. I was expecting the staff to be counting the minutes until they could leave and be grumpy. If I wasn't from out of town I wouldn't have gone in at that time. This office has the friendliest most helpful staff I have ever dealt with at any Government office. Great Service.

Normally, by the time I get there, staff have been yelled at so much throughout the day that they are tired and done with everything. But here....wow! Cliff, you made my entire day! I had such a blast chatting with you and making jokes. Too bad I was 1 plate away from making some better jokes. Ha ha. Thank you Cliff! ❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. I wait in a long line to get my photo identification pay for it just to receive a mail stating they forgot to copy my birth certificate. Now I need to re do this process all again during my work time. Very unprofessional and yet we pay these people for what?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whats the point of having 2 kiosks that dispense number tickets if a staff member is going to do be doing it for you? WHY do I have to tell her what am there for, have to go sit down and WAIT for her to go use the kiosk FOR ME and then HAND me my ticket. What a waste. Her presence delays the entire process!!!
