★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Felt as if we were an inconvenience to them for us being there. Very condescending for sure. Woman locked the exit door on us before we could even exit the building despite being open for another hour. We did not enjoy our experience at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most dismissive, useless "service" representatives. Condescending approach and talk to you as if you are inconveniencing them. They are unwilling to help and I have personally watched them as they discriminating based on pre-suppositions of "lower class" patrons, judging young women with kids as less than. Anyone can own a Service Ontario, but sadly quality control is lost, the customers are not helped and people I know feel degraded after their encounters with these people. Nothing irks me more than someone in customer service not providing customer setvice. The people who work here just seem sad, power trippers who you have to deal with because they hold all the cards. B
