M	Marc Derome on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Campus lodging, bare minimum rooms, not expensive, choice of a few full equip rooms(including bath, shower bathroom, double bed) If you are on a budget then the regular student rooms are your option.Small single bed, sink, work table and dresser.Commybal washroom and showers. Place is clean.Meal option are non existent if you are not there for a meeting or small reunion I need these cases, the college caters and banquet services are avàilable.Sevrral types of rooms are available for meetings, You are located at a. Fare distance of Quebec city,(15 min drive. Min) on an isolated campus close to the river and a lake.A car is needed to access the complex.Pkebty of parking available

This is a great place to sleep, mind you if you are a bigger person like me a twin bed is not all that comfortable. The pool hours are restrictive, opening late and closing at 730pm, makes it useless for many. Very basic room, no desk but has a small table. Limited plugs, no heat controls but windows do open. My room was clean. The toilet is extreamly loud when flushing. I think i would stay at the other university before I would stay here again as it is in my opinion a better choice and breakfast is included unlike here.

The residence is a bit far from the center of Quebec city but the room was as expected for a regular hotel: the bed was comfortable and the room had everything needed. The staff was very nice. I recommend it if you have a car ?
B	Barry Robinson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simple rooms, but VERY thin walls, you hear EVERYTHING, conversations, even a chair move... Elevator never stops running. Showers are horrible, as you cannot take one without it flipping between freezing or scalding. Yes it's cheap lodging, but not worth the level of discomfort. Bring extra ears plugs

N	Noah Hui on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the price that I paid for, I knew what I was expecting. Nothing fancy, just a place to shower and lie down for the night. But it's the small little things that I really appreciate and have to give them a 5 star for that. On the table in my room, there was a basket with two bottles of water, two granola bars, and some brochures on what is there to explore in the local area. Totally didn't expect that for a place like this. The receptionist in the lobby was also friendly during the check in and check out process. The place however, is a bit dated and is in need of some upgrades but otherwise if you're looking for a cheap place to stay for the night and don't have a high expectation, this place is will do well for you.
