R	Raymond Lo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m staying3 nights here. 1st night. I was very satisfied especially the restaurant. It’s really fine food. The room is a bit smaller than my expected. BUT, 2nd day, I went out, I put a door sign asked for “House Keeping “ PLUS I dropped by the front desk at 11am to make sure they know. I also asked for conditioner since my room had non. I came back to the hotel by 9:30pm (21:30) my room was untouched. The house keeping sign was still hanging outside my room. Also, I called the front desk and there was no supervisor or manager can handle my complaint. I told the lady at the front desk to send me some replacement supplies, like clean Towels and toilet paper. The lady about 5’9, known on my door for my needs with kind of dirty look at me. She said, anything else you need? OMG. I told that’s it for “NOW”. Very unprofessional. Very disappointed. ?
I	Irene Ho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dinner was great, our waitress was super nice and checked on our food when we told her we had a 7:15pm booking for Myth & Legend. Myth & Legend was a nice activity, learnt something about the Wendat culture. The biggest disappointment was that the Museum was closed!!! It's a Hotel-Museum, so I've never expected the Museum would be closed. And there was no indication on their site, nor the booking. When we asked the receptionist on our first day of arrival, she said it may open the next day, but it didn't. And there was no explanation, nor notice to advise when it'll be opened.
D	Dom Didoua on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is really welcoming and warm. The whole place has that warm and cozy feeling. The architecture is also super cool. The rooms are warm and welcoming and are more than decent as far as size goes ! They don’t have that cold and un personalized look that most hotel rooms has. I was with my wife , my two kids and my dog. We had a ground level room with patio door leading straight outside . Perfect to walk the dog. For anyone looking for a place to stay around Quebec city, head to Wendake, this place is really worth it ! I highly recommend this hotel and will come back without any hesitation

The on-site long house is impressive. My room was comfortable and the restaurant serves impressive food made with local ingredients.

We enjoyed the activities. The packages including the activities and meals are definitely worthwhile. The food is an amazing experience. There were charging stations for electric cars, which I greatly appreciated. Very very limited options for vegetarians and vegans. Sound proofing is below average.
S	Shadi Khader on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel with an attached museum showcasing some of the First Nation history. Friendly staff and cozy rooms. Pool was nice for the kids, but you have to reserve due to Covid. Breakfast is over-priced and coffee in the room is not good.
T	Terence Sch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a wonderful, clean and unique hotel. The decor is authentic and interesting and educational. The location of the hotel feels very rural along the river, but you are a few steps walking distance from some interesting stores and restaurants- truly a wild oasis in the heart of the city. The hotel is dog friendly and there is a fantastic old rail bed trail adjacent to the hotel for a long, safe, quiet and leisurely walk. It is also level and very accessible I the summer for bikes and wheelchairs.
