Very small double rooms, good safety, fairly clean, mediocre breakfast. The double rooms are very small, have only one desk, and one foot between beds. Rooms have a sink, but bathrooms are communal on the floor. Safety is adequate, require key card to enter building and to staircase. Licks to rooms require keys which are difficult to use; very sticky. Cleanliness is decent, floors slightly gritty. Bathroom shower stalls flood with water, toilets generally ok. Breakfast had various typical standard options. American breakfast has fake scrambled eggs with one piece of bacon and sausage, home fries and toast, with choice of one drink. Fake eggs were very plane required seasoning. Seating area pleasant.

I was very pleased with my stay here. There was no line for me to check in, and the woman who helped me spoke English well. My room took a bit of effort to find, but it was clean and comfortable. There wasn't a private bathroom, but I did not mind that too much. The main problem I had was the thin walls that made noise on the hallway very unpleasant. In general, I found this place to be very convenient to city sites (the 800/801 bus takes you right to the center of town with very frequent service) and good quality for the low price I paid. As a recent college graduate, this was great for what I was looking for.

Absolutely nothing to complain. For the price I find the facilities to be excellent value. 24-hour checking was convenient and smooth. The rooms were small and basic, but also comfortable. My biggest concern was noise in the building but it ended up being very quiet. Shower and bathrooms were also clean. Towels are provided and a sink is available in each room. Parking was plentiful and without much restrictions. Would stay here again.

I live there for a month now and I like everything, a lot of services, shared kitchen, shared bathroom but everything is so clean and calm. Washing machine available, very peaceful ambiance and a shared lounge to meet people and spend some time. Very strict when it comes to covid and distancing which allows protection to all people.

This place is in dire need for renovation and improvement! The insulation is lacking and the heating is central. The walls and doors are so paper thin that you can hear a month's breath. There is also no gender neutral bathrooms and the beds are the worst thing I have slept upon (including the floor and boulders). For the accommodation price, I would totally advise anyone to find something much better in the city.

I visited this place once but I remembered my stay at Monash University Australia. The same feeling of halls. What an amazing time I had and missing those days now. Guys, please enjoy your time at the residence since you will miss these days in the future.

The rooms are your bog standard dusty college dorms. No individual bathrooms and showers. Hotel is 3 or 4 separate buildings about 500m apart. However, it's the administration that really put a bad taste in my mouth. 1) I booked online, and had to change my reservation ~4 days before I got there. When I arrived, they still thought I was booked during the original time, even though I called in the morning of to check if I can sign in 2) I booked and paid online, but when I got there, the guy at the desk said I still needed to pay. I checked my accounts and it turned out they did indeed double charge me 3) I tried to get a refund but the woman at the desk somehow managed to take that amount of money out of my card instead of putting it in! After that, they said that I had to wait for someone else (a supervisor? Another manager?) To finally refund me, so now they've charged me triple price for the room, and I have to miss part of a meeting to talk to someone about finally getting a refund.

You sort of get what you pay for with the cheapest option, which isn't much. I was prepared for the shared toilet and shower, but not for the lack of access to even simple kitchen items like bowls, mugs or a bread knife. No fridge access. No AC. The bed and pillow however was surprisingly comfortable, but bring earplugs. Expect the check-in princess to take at least half an hour, the staff are not working fast.
