Apartments are beautiful. Very clean, modern design. Short walk to tourist attractions and restaurants. Booking was easy and owner was so kind and accessible for questions. Will definitely be staying here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place, had multiple stays there for months at a time and do not regret, I’ll definitely do it again. The landlord are always available and ready to help if you need anything. The location is well located with pharmacies, grocery stores and and nice walking paths, definitely would recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have stayed in many apartments across Europe and North America, both on business and as a tourist, I can honestly say the apartment I stayed in at 77 St Vallier was probably the best. The apartment was immaculate, spacious and well equipped and a great place to come back to each evening after some long days commissioning new customer equipment. I look forward to returning if I am ever back in Quebec.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, convenient, and comfy! I totally enjoyed my stay at 77 St-Vallier. Catherine is so hospitable and accommodating. The unit had every appliance necessary and the Nespresso was an excellent touch. I know we will be staying here the next time we are back in Quebec City.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment was exactly the way it looked in a picture. It was welcoming, quiet, well equipped kitchen, very clean, comfortable bed and had upscale finishes. We were greeted by le concierge a pleasant and friendly person. Parking was very close as was our walk to old Quebec. We felt safe. I would recommend a shower/tub mat to prevent falls, the shower floor was quite slippery. Will definitely stay there again and I highly recommend the place. Surpasser mes attentes, un accueil chaleureux, et une appartement tranquille, propre, et bien équiper et proche du vieux Québec. Merci pour le beau et plaisant séjour

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and clean. It has basically everything you need for basic cooking.
Our smart lock was not working at one night, probably due to the storm in the afternoon and caused a power outage. However, the staff was very helpful. She just reset everything over the phone and fixed it right away.
Location is pretty convenient. It has a grocery store within walking distance. For shopping, it takes approximately 20 minutes walking to Rue Saint Jean.
I'll recommend people going to this condo hotel.
