P	Pjj Létourneau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy in And easy out, everything in between was easy! The only little thing I would change is the open unsecured wifi, but other than that, what a nice spot at a great location. Would go back and recommend 100%.

Please find screen capture attached. Not sure whic is more dissappointing the mistakes in the booking of your BS answer in Google.

We have a reservation for October 9th 2021 on this hotel. they sent us an email regarding our reservation that it was canceled due to over booking. It would have been fine if they sent us the reservation cancellation a few weeks prior but they sent it to us a few hours of our arrival. We contacted the hotel and we were able to talk to the "owner" who is Paul-Andre Merchand and we discussed the issue regarding the reservation. The only thing I got from him was "It is the third party company's fault and they can't do anything about it. They did not receive any payment yet because its from the third party company. I will let the manager of the hotel know about the situation and call you back", that is what he notified us, unfortunately we don't have time to wait since they just sent us the email, 9am in the morning of oct. 9th 2021. As a hotelier my self, this is not how you take care of your guests. If you need proof of reservation, Message me and ill let you know. FYI we are not looking for compensation, we were hoping to just enjoy our vacation

Coat hooks fell off the walls, the plastic covering from the light switch also fell of the wall and WiFi connection wasn’t available at all the time - no response from owner. Because the wifi connection wasn’t available, the TV also didn’t work. The bed wasn’t comfy. The rooms are very noisy - you can hear people talking at the other rooms next to you. Only one good thing at this place: it was clean. I’m sorry, I can’t recommend that place! Edit: booked on someone else’s name.

Stayed at the hotel from Aug 24-26 Negative: there were blood and urine stains in the sheets that came with the hotel. We had to use our own. Not sure what that means for the rest of the hotel cleanliness.

K	Kyle Becker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience. Very clean and safe. Super close to a lot of cool restaurants and shops. I couldn’t have asked for a better location. 20 min. Walk to old Quebec. We didn’t have any issues finding parking but there are limited spots.
O	Onur Toklu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is located very close to old Quebec. You can find grocery store just in 4 mins by walking. Rooms are comfortable. Complimentary coffee is served. Washroom has 2sets towel. Shower water pressure is good. Only my concern is slipper. I wish they had slipper for guest as well
