★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Service Canada location, employees are good for nothing! They’re taking almost 30-45 minutes per person just for updating SIN or applying SIN. Other locations do it within 10-15 mins.
Only 2 counters are operational.
Be prepared to stay in que for 3+ hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience they took 1 hr for 4 people really poor service. They don’t value time of the people who come and stand for more than 5hours in a line and in the end security comes and says we will only accept people till 3:30 who ever standing back of the line have to come 7 am in the morning if they want there turn. The lady security guard do not have manners how to talk to visitors very rude and harsh behaviour. Never recommend this location to students and others if they have any positive comments idk how?.If anyone not believe can go there and experience it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The office was supposed to open at 8:30am but no one has keys to enter and open…. It’s 8:38; and there is a long line-up. Don’t forget your mask or the mean lady security guard will throw you out. Oh and also don’t stand up for yourself or she will show her ugly bureaucratic face and threaten you that she will call the police on you - I made the mistake to stand up for someone behind me as she was making fun of her. Very mean and angry people work here. Beware. Only 1 person working the window. And the photocopier just broke.
One more comment, I wish I could report this security guard to a supervisor, as I felt threatened today and I could see that she was showing off the power she has over regular people who come to this establishment. Her collègue even tried to calm her down but she was “peacocking” without respite.

I went with my old parents today and I was impressed with the level of helpfulness and willingness to find ways to work with us. Especially, Archana who assisted us today and the experience was the best we have had with Service Ontario. Thank you for your services folks. Appreciate it.

I was seen prior to my appointment time and I recommend every one to make an appointment to get their passport application done.
