★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bienvenue a service canada, un service qui na de service que le nom, les agentsd assurance emploi present sur place sont des pions de niveau 1, ils ne peuvent regler aucun probleme. ne font que faire des rappels dans un systeme informatique avec genre 6 niveaux tous plus inutile les un que les autres. Resultats, ca prend 3 semaines regler de quoi qui aurais du prendre 15 minutes...
Welcome to service canada, a service that has no service but the name, the employment insurance agents present on site are level 1 pawns, they cannot solve any problem. only make reminders in a computer system with kind 6 levels each more useless than the others. Results, it takes 3 weeks to sort out which should have taken 15 minutes ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je suis déménagé chez ma mère pour être sont prochain aidant depuis le 21 juin 2021.Je leurs ai donc apporter des documents d une hergoterapeutre qui expliquent ça condition et démontre quelle avait besoin d un Proche Aident et fait mon changement d adresser en même temps,J été alors sur le chômage et je pensais qu il y aura un transfert à cette effet mais mon chômage c est terminé en septembre et depuis aucun revenu aucun retour d appeler aucun renvoi de courrier rien.C est même pas dans leurs étique de faire ça il y aurait du y avoir un transfert à cette effet mais toujours rien et eux aussi quand tu les appels il te poser que des questions puis après il te transférer à un autres argent. Aucune compassion aucun humanité.Depuis tout ce temps rien n a encore été fait on n est en 2022,un ans plus tard dans les maritimes.Wow du vraiment bon travail rapide.
I moved to my mother's house to be her next caregiver since June 21, 2021. So I brought them documents from an herbal therapist explaining this condition and showing that she needed a Close Caregiver and made my change of address at the same time, I was then on unemployment and I thought there would be a transfer for this purpose but my unemployment ended in September and since then no income no return to call no mail forwarding nothing. It's not even in their ethics to do that there should have been a transfer to this effect but still nothing and they too when you call them they only ask you questions then after they transfer you to another money. No compassion no humanity. In all this time nothing has been done yet it is 2022, one year later in the Maritimes. Wow really good fast work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'avais vraiment peur en lisant tout ce qui se passe avec la folie des passeports en ce moment (attentes plus longue que d'habitude pour l'obtenir, file d'attente interminable dans les centres de service canada etc).
Finalement, pour faire la demande de renouvellement, je suis arrivée 40 minutes avant l'ouverture et j'étais la cinquième dans la file d'attente dehors. Ils font entrer une dizaine de personnes et après les autres qui arrive vers 9h et + ont beaucoup plus d'attente car les agents prennent VRAIMENT leurs temps pour inspecter les demandes (pour ma part, j'ai resté 25 minutes avec l'agent et ce n'était pas parceque je posais des questions).
En résumé, j'ai apprécié le service, la courtoisie et "l'organisation" et ce n'était pas si pire. Je conseil donc de se rendre à l'ouverture et de faire la file pour que ce soit plus efficace (et bien sûr de s'y prendre d'avance, j'ai un voyage dans 3 mois et je vais le recevoir dans 1 mois et demie si tout va bien).
I was really scared reading everything that is happening with the madness of passports at the moment (longer waits than usual to get it, endless queues in service canada centers etc).
Finally, to apply for renewal, I arrived 40 minutes before the opening and I was the fifth in the queue outside. They bring in about ten people and after the others who arrive around 9 a.m. and + have a much longer wait because the agents REALLY take their time to inspect the requests (for my part, I stayed 25 minutes with the agent and it wasn't because I was asking questions).
In summary, I appreciated the service, the courtesy and the "organization" and it wasn't that bad. I therefore recommend going to the opening and queuing to make it more efficient (and of course to do it in advance, I have a trip in 3 months and I will receive it in 1 month and a half if all goes well).
