★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A huge complex. One never knows where it starts and where it ends. Basically it is connected to complex desjardins and Chinatown ?the rest is details. Under guy Favreau there is a tiny shopping area plus resting seats for the Chinese community that lives close to proximity. The importance of guy Favreau is the passport office. Unless you can live without one. On rainy or cold days a handy passage way. Otherwise just walk outside the distance! Toilets usage under guy favreau restricted at night and during weekends!not sure who governs that antique bureaucracy but it is strictly enforced and doors are locked! Make sure you have alternative solution! Otherwise walk your way in between two huge buildings and feel secure you are underground!

I understand that this is a gouvernment office building but it could give some of those spaces to Chinatown as that neighborhood is bustling while this place feels empty. You come here for the Canadian passport and it's connected to the Montreal's Underground City RESO, which means it's connected to the Palais Des Congres convention center & the Complexe Desjardins mall indoors. There's some Chinese stores & salons.

Do I have to take appointment or just walk in
The guy picked up the phone and speak French
He asked me , do you speak French ? ….. I said I do speak English…. Then he said something in French and say ..bye then hung up the phone …..
The passport office is bilingue, how he was so rude like that

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the interior of this building and the facilities they are providing. I went their for an appointment at the service Canada office. However the waiting time for outside was prolonged but the interior structure of the building was amazing which helped to reduce my boredom level!!
