★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a scheduled appointment to do my passport today, drove 1 hour and to be told that the office is closed. No effort to contact me in any way and even received a email the day before to confirm my appointment. If I could give 0/5 I would because these actions don't even deserve a 1 star due to this embarrassment of a government office. Maybe you should work weekends like everyone else who makes a paycheck.
