★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took just for 15minutes tops. Guide young man and staff who work for SIN are very kind and neatly treated their job. I was satisfied with their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They’re not processing passport applications because of COVID. Service Canada is so incompetent and lazy they’ll use any excuse to avoid doing their job. Walked down in -25 degree weather just to be turned away. I thought ID was essential.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most horrible place EVER EVER!!! Stood in the freezing cold weather for 1H15Min and the line is not even moving a meter. Got really frozen and wanted to wait at least inside to use the heat for a few minutes and THEY WON’T LET YOU

my sin. Security guy on the gate is
watching Netflix on his phone at the time
of his job. Even after the wait of 3.50
hours still not served worst place to visit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, there is a lot of bad reviews because the waiting line is long (and it is). You have to wait three times, the first line is outside and is the longest (which in winter can be really bad). However, once you get in is the thing moves quite fast. The woman who attended me was super nice, professional and efficient. It takes time (about 20 mins per person, or more depending on the case) becausE for a lot of procedures (like the SIN) you need to confirm many times your informtion (name, last names, name of your parents, last names) and you have to spell them and this happen a few times (so they make sure or the info is correct). Overall, if they could have more people working, could improve the waiting time a lot (there was only 5 desks) and we were already around 20 people in the line when opening...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience for the first time there was excellent..The Lady who assisted at the front desk was very professional and good at what she does. I went for the SIN without appointment. Token was given at the entrance. Waited for around 20 mins. Strict Covid protocols.. It took around half an hour to get it all done. Very approachable and responsible..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I waited 5 hours to renew my passport. They told me to come back three time. So I had to pass through the 5 hour line 3 time in one week. When they finally accepted to renew my passport, they told me to wait 3 weeks to receive it at home. I’m at the 8 weeks still waiting for this precious document. I called the number they gave me, they told me they did not even start the process. The gentlemen told me I have to pay 45$ to transfer my file to an other passport office. I’m traveling really soon. They stoled my money and my time! I also had to vaccine myself to travel, which I was against it. Please make yourself a favour and don't go to this office passport, you will never receive your paper! They are trying to force Canadians to not travel.
