J'avais convenu d'un rdv à mon domicile pour réparer ma laveuse défectueuse entre 11h00 et 13h00 aujourd'hui, mais le technicien n'est jamais venu. Lorsque j'ai communiqué avec Service Antonio pour comprende la raison du rdv manqué, on m'a répondu de manière tout à fait désinvolte que "le technicien n'a pas trouvé de stationnement dans la rue alors il a rebroussé chemin. Nous, c'est comme ça qu'on procède: pas de stationnement, pas de réparation". Lorsque j'ai fait savoir mon mécontentement face à la situation (rdv manqué et absence de notification), on m'a raccroché au nez cavalièrement. Je n'ai jamais été traité de la sorte par un inconnu.
Le technicien possédait bel et bien mon numéro de téléphone et aurait pu m'appeler pour m'aviser ou pour trouver une solution au problème de stationnement, mais a simplement choisi de ne pas se présenter sans m'en aviser.
J'aurais aimé éclaircir la situation avec Service Antonio, mais mes appels demeurent sans réponse.

I had agreed to an appointment at my home to repair my faulty washer between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm today, but the technician never came. When I contacted Service Antonio to understand the reason for the missed appointment, I was told quite casually that "the technician did not find parking on the street so he turned back. 'This is how we proceed: no parking, no repairs.' When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the situation (missed appointment and no notification), they hung up on me cavalierly. I have never been treated in this way by a stranger.
The technician did indeed have my phone number and could have called me to advise me or to find a solution to the parking problem, but simply chose not to report without notifying me.
I would have liked to clarify the situation with Service Antonio, but my calls remain unanswered.
