She also identified that I was damaging my hair using a flat iron each day, and made some great recommendations on new hairstyles that would promote healthy hair while still keeping the look i wanted. Charlene, the store-owner, impressed me so much that I wound up booking my entire wedding party at her salon. She was extremely accommodating and so professional. I strongly recommend Serenity Salon if you are looking for a relaxing place to go and get your hair done by a true professional. Strongly recommended!!

I get colour and highlights and Charlene always colours between highlight sessions never trying to up-sell. Highly recommend!,

She listens to your concerns and makes various suggestions... she also takes the time to explain things and answers any questions you have.

I’ve never trusted my hair to others before but once I found Charlene she’s the only one I trust. She gives honest advice and knows her stuff when it comes to colouring hair and hair cuts. She isn’t out just to make a buck. Once we leave her salon, we represent her and her business. She goes out of her way to make sure your completely happy before you leave.
