★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always loved spin class but I LOVE cyclogical spin classes. Nicky takes it to the next level with her awesome music, fun dance moves, and words of encouragement every step of the way. I like that it is not just cardio as you use small weights and do some upper body exercises during the class. The class always has an inviting and comforting vibe with the candlelight room. I highly recommend Nicky’s classes to anyone!
