β β β β β Words can't describe the fabulously talented and dedicated team at Infinity Hair design. This place is all about professionalism, expertise and excellence.
I came across this place looking for a fabulous stylist Delfina, who used to work in Mississauga. I was Delfina's regular client at Spotlite in Mississauga but we lost touch when she moved jobs. Years later I managed to track her down (thank you instagram!) and book an appointment with her at her new workplace: Infinity Hair Design.
I travelled all the way from Mississauga for this appointment and will continue to do so on a regular basis! Delfina gave me a complete makeover; my hair went from well over the shoulder to a pixie cut, and my hair colour from ugly brassy yellow to several layers and shades of flattering shades of dark to light blond really bringing out my eyes and complexion. The best of all: the haircut requires no maintenance at all and it always looks great.
Thank you Delfina, Tom and Nancy. You are the best!

β β β β β The hair dresser that was going to do my hair wasn't wearing a mask. She was wearing a small shield for her mouth (not her nose), and it hardly even covered her mouth. When I asked if she would be wearing a mask she said no and that the minister of health had been there twice and they had "approved" them to wear those type of shields, which I find hard to believe since the Ontario health site clearly states that face shield are not an alternative to masks. As well, the barber was wearing a neck wrap which is also not compliant with Covid protocols. The hair dresser gave me attitude when I brought up the mask, I asked if she was vaccinated and she said that was personal, and asked if I wanted to proceed. I definitely didn't feel at ease visiting that hair salon.

β β β β β I got my hair done at Infinity yesterday after searching Alliston for a talented colourist. Delphina was recommended by the owner and she did not disappoint. She was well educated and experienced in many techniques. She did a wonderful job of my colour and cut. Nancy, the owner, welcomed me to the salon, greeted me at the door and offered me tea, water and snacks through out my stay. It was a 5 star experience!

β β β β β Infinity Hair Design is my happy place!! I have being seeing Del for about 2 years now and I always leave feeling better about my hair. She listens to what I want and knows her products and what works best with colour. Nancy the owner is phenomenal. She takes the time to talk to clients and makes them feel like everyone is a vip client. Going to a hair salon is not just about hair it's how you feel when you're there. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

β β β β β This was my first visit and I cannot wait to return. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted and promptly met by my stylist who then jumped into a thorough consult. I had a few photos for inspiration and she was able to explain what would work with my hair and discuss all of my options. I appreciated that she made sure I had an accurate quote for price so there was no surprises later on.
The entire staff was very professional and friendly, the entire atmosphere was relaxing.
My stylist also gave me guidance on how to care for my colour and when I should return for a refresh.
10/10 would recommend

β β β β β I love this salon! Everyone is so welcoming and extremely professional. Yesterday was my third visit to Infinity Hair. I have had incredible experiences with Tom cutting hair for my boys, and today I was not disappointed with the transformation Michelle gave me. I feel so light and free! The woman in the chair next to me had driven down from Orillia to see Delphina, so you really canβt go wrong with any stylist! Nancy, the owner, was also so kind and accommodating. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for top-notch service!
