About Serendipity Flowers
Delivery Policy
A local delivery fee of $14.00 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)
U.S. orders must be received before 1:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.
Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.
We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.
Holiday Deliveries
To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.
Our shop will always be closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

She took great time and care to make sure they were just what my wife would have wanted and loved. I could never give my business to another florist.

I live in a different City so ordered online and the vendor I ordered with selected Serendipity as the local company to provide the flowers. The flowers were delivered a day later than requested (ordered them several days in advance of May 8th so my mom could enjoy them before Mother’s Day) and one of the flowers was damaged upon receipt. Also, several of them were wilting the following morning (my mom had them less than 24 hours). I realize that flowers don’t last forever but I figured they would last at least 3-4 days considering I paid almost $200 for the arrangement.

My wife loves how the arrangements are made and how the flowers are always fresh and colorful and the smell of the flowers last for a long time. If you want fresh colorful flowers then I would strongly recommend Serendipity Flower. The staff are always friendly will go out of their way to make sure you are happy with your purchase
