Lyle provided excellent service -not only in providing beautiful floral creations but how he dealt with the delivery and communication with my Aunt. The delivery was perfect and my Aunt and I were so pleased with the service. I would highly recommend Lyle and Jane's Floral Dreams for your floral needs and I will definitely be using them again

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered the florist choice and was really impressed how they put it together and even sent me a photo to see how it looked like. They sent me confirmation that it was received, same day delivery, very professional plus the price is reasonable. Will definitely order from them again!

โ โ โ โ โ Unprofessional and petty. They actually cancelled my order after offering free delivery online, then backtracking saying it was an extra $50. At first I was upset but now glad I never spent my money here. Whoever Lyle is, he continued to email me after I concluded my business. โGood for themโ was the last response I got, after confirming I will take my business to another local florist with cheaper delivery, and would accept/confirm the refund.
EDIT: Your responses to reviews are quite telling. Those are some angry exclamation marks you used there.

โ โ โ โ โ I just wanted to follow up from a previous post. I want to say a big thank you to Lyle. There was an issue with the bouquet that my wife received as a gift... And Lyle went over and above what most businesses do...to fix an issue.
I understand things happen but it's not about that... It's about how issues are resolved. Lyle, you earned back my business in the future

โ โ โ โ โ Easy to place order online but hell of a time trying to get ahold of anyone over the phone.
Ordered the floristโs choice for romance (premium).
Flowers are gorgeous but just expected a little more oomph for $99 + delivery and taxes.
I wish I could rate 5 stars but just a little pricey.
Maybe my expectations were too high but this seems to be a more basic arrangement.

In reply, totally makes sense, a lot has has gone up in price.

โ โ โ โ โ It's easy to order and I was trust you guys will pick the best flowers for customers, but the quality is really bad. I understand the difference between the picture and the real thing, but it's so different that I don't think it's worth $188. Especially on such a day as today, because my dad told me to order flowers for my mom. Would you be happy to receive such flowers?
