★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un havre de paix. One of the most relaxing spa in Québec, 20mns from downtown. The Japanese inspired garden and installations are done tastefully. Have all the amenities you expect for a great experience summer and winter with nice add-ons like a salt cave and a reflexology walk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my favorite spa in a radius of 100km around Quebec city! It's beautiful, the staff is great and the choice of relaxation "treatments" is huge!!! Salt cave, wet and dry saunas, a bunch of hot tubs, luminotherapy huts and more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came here on a freezing -27c day in early January. The freezing temperature did not affect my voting because we really enjoyed our experience at SentoSpa.
I find that SentoSpa is more of an intimate place since it is smaller than other outdoor spa's, but nonetheless enjoyable. We loved the intimacy anyway so that is good for us.
The reason I give this such a high rating is due to their massage therapists. We had sports massage and seriously, it is the best we had in the years that we've been having massages.
Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking forward to visit this spa,which the webpage is very well built. Today I went with partner and we were satisfied about almost everything, hot and cold tubs were cool, the yourtte was good too.The thing they have to take care is receptionists. They look cold and not very welcoming. We asked about the order of the tub, which one start etc and she didn’t know what to answer.We discovered later when we were leaving that the order was in the locker room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plus side: The place is clean. The steam bath was very pleasant. Pretty environment. Not too busy on a Saturday morning.
Minus side: Annoying motor noise in the "Salt room". 3 out of the 6 baths were too cool. Jets on all the small wooden tubs did not work. Bean bags in the yourte need a deep cleaning. The women's lockerroom feels cramped with a single toilet and only 2 shower stalls. It is ill-equipped: no toiletry samples available, limited space for bags, no water bottles. The $9 fee for a robe is too high (robe not included in the spa fee).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a massage and accessed their baths. It was very relaxing, calm, the staff spoke English very well and the place looked great, all for a very good price. I went back a couple days later to spend a rainy evening in the baths.
