Chromotherapy is the science of using colours to adjust body vibrations to frequencies that result in health and harmony. Each colour possesses frequencies of a specific vibration, and each vibration is related to different physical symptoms.
Chromotherapy works on various energy points to help balance your body via the full spectrum of visible light, each colour of which addresses a distinct need.
Along with your sauna therapy, you will reap the many benefits of natural body healing with full spectrum infrared heat.
Sessions can be up to 45 mins in length.
Infrared/Steam room sessions -$30 plus hst per single drop in. Includes Towel service
5 Pack- $100 plus hst. Includes towel service , wrap & Flip flops for use (required)
10 Pack- $150 plus hst. Includes towel service with wrap and flip flops for use (required)

If you are looking for a great hair dressor, Michelle is amazing. Cut and colour both rocked!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice salon and atmosphere. Also nice stylist other then the fact that I wanted my whole head of hair blonde and it's not even near full blonde. I pretty much only got a small balayage out of it. Not impressed that my request wasent fulfilled seeing as it was about $180 for barley anything and I've had better done to my hair for cheaper prices. The blonde also went coppery after only about 4 days and she was gonna charge me $60 to fix it when it's clearly not my fault it's coppery. Never had it go so coppery that fast before...not satisfied at all and gonna have to find someone else to fulfill my request..
