★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i rent a unit here and ive never met a person so rude , she scowls at me yells at me and threatens ill be evicted out if i step out of line but then when im paying my bill shes sweet as pie .until the next time i see her then shes threateningbto call the police on me because i didnt have my things boxed and ready to go to her specifications.th÷n on her way out says ill be evicted soon .for what ? ive literaly done nothing but be unorganized .i havent held people up at all its her own issue .nasty little power tripper .she should be fired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is definitely a recommended place to store your belongings safely. Having secure gates with multiple access doors to different sections of the facility. The units are a really good size for the price. Temperature controlled and we'll maintained. I like that they provide big carts to help with your moving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly love Patricia and the other ladies... but after being referred by my father to rent a unit was a nightmare. He never got the referral kickback; my email address was entered incorrectly by the guy who signed me up and even though I had emailed to give correct email address wasn't done. Was ultimately locked out of my unit because after 5 days late this happens and was not aware of it until I got a computer phone call. Also mine had no lights of any kind. I paid off my unit and vacated it as it was no longer needed; but my key they require you give them is gone so never lose your set! They also don't have the key for my Dad's either even though they were told months ago he had lost his copy. Still waiting for someone to come out and cut lock off meantime can't get it at all. Been a week; Lock can't be cut off with a bolt cutter otherwise we would do it ourselves ?
Wish they had a better system for the billing cycle as weekly is difficult to keep track of unless you pay via CC since due date changes every time. Monthly would be better like where we also have a shipping bin at a different facility.
Pluses: great staff❤️❤️(they do their upmost to help you with everything) always lots of dollies; clean and dry etc... system the company has is ridiculous ?. Unless you pay via CC you get charged for extras. Want to pay via etransfer? Oh; another "fee"!

I spoke to a lady in NS who was the nicest, kindest person ever. Then i spoke with Lenny at the main 1-855 number. Very helpful, well mannered gentleman. Lenny had Jane from the Mission location reach out to me. Another sweet, kind and very helpful lady. I highly recommend Sentinel Storage.
