★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TWICE I booked a truck with them in advance - then they cancelled the day prior to loading. I found out from a dispatcher they took a higher paying load and dropped mine. The dispatcher left the company later because of these types of shady business practices. *** BEWARE ***

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dave ( a concierge ) contacted my office for a quote. He was quoted an hourly rate. The job described was not even close to the job required. the driver on site was THE-WORST-DRIVER-EVER. He was SO BAD that another driver from T-Lane Nation forced him go sit in his truck until called for. This driver was late, and added 2 hours to the job. We loaded his trucks even though the job description was wrong. We were told the equipment weighed 13,000 pounds-it weighed 13,000 kgs. Welcome to the metric system Dave. When it was done and delivered, our friend Dave disputed the time spent, and wanted a reduction. I'm sure this is their method of operation. He got his price reduction, and was told to lose my number. Can I rate T-Lane with LESS than one star? Do not deal with this company. Bait and switch. Smoke and mirrors. You tell me?
WORST-COMPANY-EVER. Horrible driver, and a crooked dispatcher! Run away from these people. Ruthless and spineless.
