★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to the gym because I was having knee problems due to playing tennis. When I started I could not do most of the core exercises, but Joe and Sharan spent the time with me and modified the core movements to ease me into the workouts without doing more damage to my knees. Within a few months I could do full squats and all the exercises proficiently. I am happy to say that I am now back on the tennis courts with better mobility than I had years ago before my knee's started to break down. The atmosphere is not intimidating, and all the participants are welcoming to newcomers. Thank you Joe and Sharan for getting me back into game shape!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have started coming here since COVID-19 has opened up a bit, and they do an amazing job making sure that everyone is separated and equipment is cleaned off every time its used.
Very safe and efficient. Plus the workouts and community are great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semiahmoo Minor Hockey primarily uses the Semiahmoo Athletic Club for off-ice team training for our competitive/rep teams. Their instructors are professional, knowledgeable and ensure our young athletes are developing their athleticism and strength in order to improve their performance on the ice in a safe and thoughtful manner. Highly recommend.
