INTERNATIONAL TRAVELLERS THIS IS FOR YOU! Paid $100 was given 3 mins with Dr.Kelsall. Diagnosed me wrong with the first thing that came to her mind, talked over me, did not listen to me. Sent me packing with antibiotics for something I didn't have. I stayed sick and paid $140 for no reason. Five days later still bed ridden went to Dr. Cruise at Mountain View Medical. Paid $60, spent 15 mins with her AND also got swabbed for strep throat for FREE which came up negative as that was what I had been diagnosed with firstly. I'm now well and after 12 days finally back at work.

Can never get through to reception. I stay on hold for sometimes an hour and still no luck. Everytime I make an appointment it takes me 3 days just to get through. Super fustrating and I've even found myself driving down there. Unpacking my kids, and dragging them upstairs just so I can make an appointment to see a doctor. They clearly need to hire more receptionists.

Thank you so much for taking good care of my son. We called and got an appointment right away. My son had stitches removed from a mountain bike accident. Very professional and caring group. Can’t thank you enough.

I got my IUD replaced, and the team of doctors and nurses working with me were incredible. I have severe anxiety, so they did their best to keep me calm the whole time and did everything slowly. They were very patient with me, constantly checked on me to make sure I was ok and asked if I needed anything. I felt like I was in excellent care and couldn't have asked for better doctors and nurses to help me.

Last week I was in the hospital, and my attending doctor Asked me to call and make a appointment with them. I’ve been calling the clinic to make and appointment for over 5 days and finally got through to reception to make the appointment, and when we didn’t find a time that worked out, and I need to see a doctor for a check up I was told “well maybe next time done wait a week to book the appointment” Is that actually how reception speak to patients after we’ve been trying to get through for over 5 days? Also I was out of the hospital less than a week ago, and when I call in I am now being shamed for being late in calling in. I am actually shocked that I was spoken to in that way, and just brushed off, and blamed for struggling to find a time that work. I’m aware doctors offices are busy and slammed with other patients and finding times that work with work, other commitments, and the doctors schedules are hard! But please don’t make patients feel bad for having lives, when the clinic is already struggling with call volumes!

I have been a long time patient of this clinic and I am thankful that we have this clinic and the services that it offers available in our community. I spent some time in the Fraser Valley Health Region and it was a real eye opener as to how lucky we are for a small community to have such easy access to multiple Doctors that offer different specialities that are needed in our overall Healthcare. Thank you to all, for all that you do, for our Community. It's truly appreciated.

I injured myself while skiing in Revelstoke . I was very grateful that this clinic was able to see me straight away as a walk-in. That said, I am afraid I was misdiagnosed. I ‘walked’ in pathetically using a ski pole as a cane nearly unable to walk, unsure of what I had dome to myself . The doctor, while friendly, seemed rather blasé about my condition. (I assume he sees A LOT of ski injuries). He did some strength tests and quickly determined that I had a minor strain of the groin-no X-ray. He sent me on my way-no crutches, no pain killers (which I hate) or even suggestions on a Tylenol/Advil regiment and in fact said, “The stairs are over there or you can take the elevator”. Remember, I could hardly walk. My husband was able to source some crutches and I called a friend who is a nurse and asked her about pain management. Fast forward to returning to my home in Colorado where I immediately went to my PT and told her of how I had fallen and of the diagnosis. She immediately told me to get an X-ray as the description of the fall and how I was presenting myself did not match up with the diagnosis. Turns out I have a fractured pelvis. I’m not quite sure why the doctor didn’t X-ray me, seems like a massive oversight. I actually just wanted to email the clinic and not post it like this but their website has no email. Anyway, I’m hoping they won’t be so ‘quick’ to diagnose and a little more willing to take note of the next patient’s issues.
