They do care about their customers! Whatever it is they've got you covered. I wouldn't say they are not 'expensive' though? Overall my experience was good. Nothing hidden or nothing fake. Phil was the one to attend me. Nothing to complain about. I loved it❤️

I was noticing a slight vibration in the steering column so called SO to get some expert advice. Phil offered to see me immediately if I wanted to scoot over which I promptly did. He fixed the issue in my steering, tightened my faceplate to prevent any water damage and gave me tons of helpful advice on tires. NO charge!!! They are definitely my Go-to shop for anything scooter related. Amazing customer service!!

Phil answered my email quite quickly considering how busy they were. He was quick to diagnose the exact issue and said he could fix it in an hr and did just that. Super friendly, honest, and genuine. Even gave me tips on what to watch out for as my scooter ages. I know where I am going when I get my next scooter. I sat and watched a few interactions from other staff and customers while waiting and everyone there was friendly, professional, and so thorough and helpful. Awesome place!

Phil was going so far as immediately answering my emails in regards to questions I had about my Nine Bot. Customer service and support like I was shown is the reason I have sent multiple people to Segway for Purchases and tours. Keep up the good work guys!!!! Oh yeah, one more thing. The Scooters are AMAZING.

Got to see some neat artefacts and learn thing about Toronto and the district that I would have though I would have known at some point. Would book another tour and probably will.

Everyone in the store was friendly and knowledgeable of their products (they even offered to share their fruits hehe :3) The sales person (sorry forgot to ask for your name ;u;) also helped assemble the product and made sure the tires are pumped to go~ Really wholesome experience and products :) Will definitely recommend! * Yes the cool duck is from them too :3

The assessment and replacement only took an hour which I was pleasantly surprised. Overall, this location has very good customer service and Phil is a very nice guy and one hell of a technician. Highly recommend if you are having any problems.
