★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Raw dough. Awful service. I’ve tried to forgive and forget multiple strikes for lack of quality and professionalism, but raw dough is my limit. Of the 5 times I’ve eaten there each experience was poor: wrong order, missing items, rude staff, online orders not working and them not answering the phone etc. Consistently terrible. Never returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my never-ending quest to eat chicken wings at every restaurant on Denman Street, I tried Engelsea last night. This place is only good for takeout but it was pretty tasty and the server was very nice. I actually took home a double order of BBQ wings so the leftovers also made a nice breakfast. Surprised to find decent wings at a place the specializes in pizza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw their add in our elevator and decided to try out the Tuesday takeout special and ordered the XL Chicken Caesar. WOW! Best pizza in the West End and run by an extremely hard working family. Completely recommend and also the closest pizza to the beach! We are moving in two weeks but will definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They say its ‘fresh juice’ but that’s not the case. The mango juice was store bought juice that didn’t even taste like mango and was full of sugar. When we called to clarify this, we didn’t get a single straight forward answer - all we got was ‘yes it’s fresh’ to ‘actually I don’t know, it’s from the fridge.’ And the juice was 6-7 dollars! Total scam and a huge rip off.
