★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Newer area but unlike a lot of brand new communities out in the middle of nowhere, this one has a lot of established amenities like the playground and ponds. Really nice area. And close to Costco!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This new neighbourhood is so CUTE! You can even see the brand new school from the Showhomes. I loved all of the different kinds of architecture that the Showhomes had to offer, they were refreshingly different from eachother. Can't wait to come visit again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice new community. Really close to school, kids can definitely walk. There are LOTS of beautiful trails and open space. Short drive to grocery and convenience. Showhomes are brand new ?

I really like that the styles of homes almost remind me of the style and character of the Westmount Historical homes from the outside (true classic) but have modern and open floorplans. Very bright- large windows and the community itself is welcoming! Great for a young couple wanting to think about settling to an older couple that wants a quiet community with tree lined streets... and everyone in between! Edmonton's Secord Heights is well developed for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great new neighbourhood in west Edmonton. I'm really impressed by the showhomes. Smart designs and really beautiful decorating. Close to a K-9 school, good parks, and lots of green space. I like that there are already so many great amenities here. A comfortable, welcoming west end community.
