Easy to access, rented a uhaul and picked it up easily. Super comfortable. Great price. Also super great for the planet. Love it! 5/5

This beautiful mattress was to replace the older kind size one in our Airbnb suite. I had never heard of Second Slumber prior to this purchase and I was unsure so I called the 1-800 number and spoke to Rick who is the Executive Director of the Port Alberni company. He explained everything, which is stated on their website (I should have looked there first), and once he explained how they operate I was so impressed I reserved the mattress I had been looking at right away. Everything from the advertising, the contact messages and texts, reserving the mattress with ease and comfort along with the flexibility of the pickup date/time and the ability to see/touch the mattress before committing was an awesome experience. If you see an ad from Sleep Slumber do not hesitate to purchase through them. Their deeply discounted prices are a heck of a deal for you the purchaser along with the local charity they support all the while reducing the carbon footprint mattress returns are generating. Highly and happily recommend!

Although, I had some concerns about the purchasing process and pickup; Scott easily guided me through with the feeling of a confident purchase. We are extremely happy with the product! As a mother of 4 boys, I want a top quality mattress for myself. The endless nights of children coming in our bed sick/or accidents, I can feel good knowing I have the best quality of a mattress for a less price! Rick at Second Slumber made that choice easy with my purchase of a Haven mattress. Buying through Second Slumber allowed me to buy a top of the line high quality, slightly used mattress without having to pay current retail pricing. As a side sleeper, over time, joints can become sensitive. With the pillow top, soft zoned Haven mattress these issues were resolved. It is a pleasure to sleep on every night. Many products today require time for gassing off prior to usage. With the purchase of a slightly used mattress this issue is removed completely. Rick and his team were extremely knowledgeable and guided me through my first time purchase of a slightly used mattress with compassion and ease.
