She asked that i bring in my x-ray but she barely looked at it. She kept looking at her apple watch; i felt like a number. However, her staff is very friendly.

S	Sam R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Pierre is a lovely lady! She is genuine, easy to talk to and relaxed. Nice to have a doctor who follows you through your appointments to hospital check ups right through to end of delivery. I would highly recommend her!

They also threatened to charge me 30$ if I missed a phone appointment, yet the doctor calls me 90 minutes before the scheduled time, which I wasn’t even ready for obviously. Another bad thing happened. I saw a psychologist who wrote up an important report for me. She faxed the report to the office, but they claimed to never get it. I went in person to hand deliver a copy of the report, yet they still somehow claim to have never got it? The incompetence is worrying. They don’t call you back when you need them to fill in important documents. They either forget or claim they never got it. They also lied about filling in my forms, and were of no help. They waste a lot of time and gaslight you. Dr. Banik is extremely entitled and rude. She is so inconsiderate.
C	Christophe Raymond on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me begin by saying how rude Dr.Yao is, she is definitely not a people person. I had high hopes of seeing a professional today so that I could finally have a diagnosis and find the root of my severe chronic pain, but she didn't know very much. Apparently muscle rub could solve all my issues even though they have been there for 4 years ... I'm pretty sure my other health professionals would've figured that one out before going to see Dr.Yao, complete waste of time. I felt as if I was just number and did not receive an adequate assessment.
E	Emma Villeneuve on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 0 stars I would. I do not recommended seeing Dr. Yao. She is very rude, no manners and my physiotherapist knows way more than she does. Several years of pain and she couldn’t give me her own opinion on it. Went there and no diagnosis, complete waste of time. Although, the ladies at the front desk are amazing, 5 stars for them!!
