There are a few people here that actually care about the residents but overall it was nothing other than shameful how my father was cared for. Nothing that was agreed to for care ever happened. We had to hire outside help for care while we found a great place in Red Deer.
Mouse traps in the rooms and mice in the toilet paper. Due to the fact that no one ever removed any food Or had any idea of Dad had eaten or drank anything
10-15 minutes from call button to response???
Compared to other places they kept residents locked in and isolated. The meals when this happened were horrible. Who puts salad in a styrofoam container with pork chops and potatoes???
If your parent has no one advocating for them this would not be a good choice.
