I was looking for a small downtown Toronto Condo for investment purposes and also for our daughter to use as her residence while attending University downtown. Needless to say, I had many specifics that I was looking for before buying. The search seemed impossible but Marco and Victoria were able to make all the pieces fall into place for me. There are lots of apartments and condos for rent and a ton more in other towns like Scarborough or Markham. Marco and Victoria showed us a few options and took the time to really dig into what I really wanted, and on my budget. They treated me like family (although we're not actually related) - outstanding service!!
