Sean is very easy and enjoyable to work with, being prompt, attentive to detail, calm, decisive and very knowledgeable about the market and the selling/buying process. Sean helped us to sell a cabin near Lake Windermere which had been in the family for over 40 years. He recognized the unique value of the property and was very supportive in helping us complete the sale. Sean took excellent photos of the cabin and the property, including using a drone. He had many recommendations for us along the way on how best to prepare the cabin and property for sale. In addition, Sean is well connected to various service providers in the community which was very helpful in providing required information and resolving various issues that arose during the different steps of the selling process. Sean often offered to help us get things done in a timely manner when we weren’t able to get to the property from Calgary. We also know that Sean and his father Paul Roggeman worked together behind the scenes to handle the many things that needed to get done—they make a great team. We can’t think of anything that Sean could have done differently—he did a great job and we highly recommend Sean. Thanks Sean!

Sean, and his father Paul have been at this for a good period of time and as a result have great contacts in the valley as well as a wealth of knowledge of the market and all of it's unique characteristics that differ from other markets. Sean was knowledgeable, prompt, professional, calm, and a great voice of guidance during what turned out to be one heck of a ride. Especially now with such a "hot and unpredictable" market, Sean was able to help us get everything we wanted at a price point that was comfortable to us. We never felt any pressure from Sean, and then after the sale he is still in touch to make sure everything is going well.
