Gerry sat down with us and did a thorough review about the property, the history, current status and most importantly, our needs. From that, we agreed on the best selling strategy. Gerry wrote a very well worded summary in the listing advertisement to attract the perfect buyer. Within 2 weeks we had an offer and shortly after the deal closed.
Gerry was quick to answer questions and did the little things that makes a difference when giving them the responsibility to sell your property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a lengthy search on our own, Gerry helped us purchase a land parcel near Invermere acting as the buyers' agent. Gerry was able to surface an opportunity to buy a parcel that wasn't formally listed for sale on Realtor.ca, but which he knew the owner may be interested in parting with.
Gerry led the discussions between ourselves and the selling party who was located out of country with a 7 hour time difference. He worked through some serious negotiation challenges, multiple bid revisions and also helped us understand lot development costs by connecting us with his extensive network of tradesmen and other professionals.
Gerry helped us buy the land at a great price & we'll definitely be working with him again on future opportunities!
