He assisted us and made the process of buying our first home so easy! We would strongly recommend him and when we sell we will be using him again.
He was empathetic, kind, straightforward, quick, and so easy to get along with. He also accommodated our strange hours and worked throughout the weekend for us. Then to top it off he even left us a nice basket of goodies when we took ownership of our place.

We had called around to a couple of other local realty companies in Radium and Invermere and no one seemed interested in helping us out. My fiancé reached out to Joe and before we knew it he was showing us some properties that fit what we were looking for and about a month later we were waking up to mountain views! Joe worked with us throughout the whole buying process and helped take away some of the anxiety of the purchase. We especially appreciated the effort she made to keep us informed of the interest our house was generating while on the market, of the timely appointments she made for viewings and of course her ready assistance while the sale was being completed. She also made the transition out of the house easy.
It was a very positive experience to work with Tracy and we highly recommend her to home sellers and buyers.
