J	James Duncan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typical Tim Horton's. However, the cook burned 3 of several sandwiches - charcoal buns on a breakfast muffin and black lines on two grilled cheese sandwiches. They were takeout, so we brought them back for replacement a while later. They made more sandwiches which were better but still burned in places. Dunno if it was just one cook, but management needs to tighten up the ship.

You enter from one door and leave out the other which helps to maximize physical distancing during Covid19. The chocolate danish here is pretty good. The iced coffee was ok. I have had a better at other locations. It is a bit tricky to see this place from the highway. You almost have to know that it is there. It has a convenient drive-thru but be careful of other cars backing out of their spots when exiting the drive-thru.
T	Terri Kemper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ About 75% of the times I've gone here (or any Tims) my order is wrong, unless it's really simple like one item! I don't go to Tims very often because of this and their coffee sucks, but since they've started with latte etc it's better. Otherwise the food is good!
A	Amber Gulbranson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went through drive thru and ordered and iced coffee with extra base, tim Hortons is known to be inconsistent with the way they make their iced coffee so even when I got to the window I asked politely to make sure the extra base was added, the lady said yes but they also seemed to not understand what I was asking of. To my surprise the base was in fact not added into the coffee. This wouldn’t be a problem if it was free but I get charged extra for the base when I ask for it so I except it to be in it.

For a franchise owned location the owner seriously does not take ownership for the kind of coverage and service it needs to meet the needs of it's customers. The only way that they really get away with lackluster speed and service is because it is literally the ONLY Tim Horton's in the Kootenays and there likely isn't another one until a person travels south to Cranbrook or possibly Creston B.C.
G	Greg Hilton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went through the drive through at 4:30 and ordered a Large Original Iced Capp. The employee even said it exactly as I ordered back to me. Pull up and pay and he charged me for the Large but gave me a medium Vanilla iced capp instead. When I said it was wrong and said what I ordered again, all I got was a “you said Medium vanilla iced Capp. I work retail and can tell the signs when an employee is stealing. Why charge me for a large, give me a small and have no initiative to fix YOUR mistake. He’s clearly over charging and pocketing the rest of the money. I am not a happy camper right now. EDIT: also do NOT get anything with eggs here. They can’t tell the difference between a good and bad egg and gives out green eggs! They really should be embarrassed about it too! That’s how you make people sick!
J	JOMS THOMAS ALACKEL on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are crazy busy except in the evenings.Great service.Clean washrooms.Dine-in is open from 7am to 10 pm and drive through is 24 hours.It takes a while in the drive through when it is busy.
